Reach Truck Operator (2nd Shift) – Weekly Bonus Potential!
Location: Memphis, TN (Southeast/Airport area)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $16.00/hour + $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus

Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Reach Truck Operators to join our fast-paced Memphis warehouse team. This is a non-climate-controlled environment, so you must be comfortable working in seasonal temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter).
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Precision Operation: Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to navigate narrow aisles and stack pallets in high-bay racking.

Put-away & Picking: Efficiently move inbound freight to storage locations and pull orders for outbound shipping using RF scanners.

Inventory Integrity: Perform cycle counts and ensure all product is handled without damage.

Warehouse Support: Assist with general warehouse duties including manual lifting (up to 50 lbs), pallet wrapping, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Reach Truck Expertise: Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a stand-up reach truck (Raymond, Crown, or similar).

The "On-Time" Mindset: Punctuality is our #1 requirement. This role is critical to our nightly shipping goals.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Safety First: A solid track record of following OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse best practices.
